Liz Earle Cleanse&Polish - once or twice a day?

I have sensitive combo skin. I have heard such rave reviews about C&P that I'm going to buy some, but was wondering if it's a bit harsh (scrubbing with muslin) to use morning and night time? If you only use at night, which cleanser do you use in the mornings?
Thanks!

I use the Tesco's cheapo organic version and I only do it at night to remove make up

Just use warm cloth on face in morning

I use it morning and night and I love it!!!! I have sensitive skin and have never had any trouble with it at all. The muslins cloths are not rough and you don't really need to scrub (unless you have a lot of make up on). I also find that as soon as you wash the muslin cloths they soften a bit anyway.

When I used it I used it only in the evening - I just wasn't "dirty" enough in the morning to justify a proper hot cloth cleanse particularly as I have a shower in the morning. I'd either use a wash off cleanser I keep in the shower with AHA's, or a facial wipe to freshen up before moisturiser if for some reason I wasn't having a shower first thing (usually due to showering night before - to alleviate skank suspicions!!!)...

There's nothing harsh about it all. Sometimes wonder if it could be more robust... I don't use it morning AND night, mostly because I'm too tired/lazy at night. It's lovely stuff...

I use it both morning and evening but only use a small blob, not the amount that the manufacturer suggests. I agree that the muslin cloth is very soft, not abrasive and there's no need to rub with it unless you are cleaning off a layer of make up.
