Can anyone recommend me a foolproof fake tan before 11am?

Which is when I intend to stroll down to the shops... I have Wilkinson's Boots and Superdrug on my doorstep and I am not afraid to use them!

Would kinda like an instant AND a developing one, but not the Dove/Johnson's gradual stuff...

TIA!

I think St Tropez do one for the legs which gives an instant hit of colour but which also gradually builds.

I use their Gradual Tanner and love it. Never have any streaks or missed spots.

I second St Tropez gradual tan. Really easy to put on and smells nice.

I used to love St Tropez but for some reason it barely gives me any colour any more?! I have no idea why this can be, I use the same product, have the same skin :o but I barely change colour!

I might get the cheapo Wilko instant spray for right now and see what anyone else comes up with for the developing one......those sublime bronze ones always get good press....but not sure if its all true!

I like Rodial - really great colour. Can't get it on High St (I don't think so anyway) but I ordered from company called John & Ginger, free delivery and came next day.

St tropez for both.
Their gradual tanner is fab, dont be fooled into buying face nd body, the body will do both.
Also love the self tan mousse, make sure you apply withgloves though

The Sublime Bronze ones came up beautifully on a friend of mine so I duly went and bought some for myself. I spent the next (hot) week wearing trousers and covering my arms because I ended up with a streaky mess!

mosschops - I just bought the face St Tropez one a week ago because the body one gave me spots when I used it.

Hmmmm lots of votes for St Tropez! I might retry it! Have a mit, not gloves, would that be making the difference?

I never use a mitt or gloves. Just my hands.

my face is ok, as is my chest, I have an illness at the moment that makes my skin have an orangey/yellow glow, which strangely looks nicely tanned BUT my lower legs are WHITE and bruised to hell thanks to steroid use!

Fake Bake or Make Believe, although Fake Bake is darker from experience (but don't worry - nothing like orange - v natural - beware though it comes out almost black and looks quite scary, but disappears when you rub it in). I usually use St Tropez but if you think it's a bit light then perhaps try Fake Bake. You can get them both in Boots...
