Please help me find some nice apartment pants...

I need some new trousers for lounging about the house, and they need to be...

Stretchy, with fitted bum and loose at the foot end
Long - I need at least 32" legs, and stretchy material seems to shrink in the wash, leaving me with ankle-swingers.
Not get a saggy bum after 2 hours
Presentable enough to wear in public
Cheap - under £15, preferably less

Has anybody bought anything similar they can recommend?

Do they have to be summery, or is fleecy type material OK?

M&S I have similar and love them, tho not all that tight on the butt and a bit over your budget, they come in Long.

Lands End these are in the sale now, still £17 but less pyjama-y - I have these also and don't mind wearing them out and about as well, only available in regular but mine haven't shrunk.

Thanks, the Lands End ones are more the shape I'm looking for, but I think they'd be too short in regular as it says up to 5'7" and I'm 5'9".

I was thinking kind of jersey material, but not the really thin pyjama kind that you can see everything through. I'll be wearing them out too and don't want bad vpl!! I don't mind another fabric though - even velour, as long as it doesn't say 'juicy' across the backside in big letters!

i have some dolce pants they are lush i love them.
They don't look much but look great on they hang beautifully and don't sag at the bum. I wear them in the house to the gym on the school run all the time.

Another vote for the White Stuff dolce pants - I love mine. I have 2 pairs and interestingly one pair is longer than the other. They keep their shape really well between washes, no sagging. I find them a bit warm for exercising in (prefer running leggings) but I live in mine once I get home in the evenings and would happily wear outside of the house.
