Help me find my perfect boots!

I'm looking for some boots, I think I want wellies but in boot form.

Here are my criteria:
No zips - must be pull-on
No Uggs or similar
Nothing too narrow as my feet are quite wide
Not looking for anything particularly smart - am on Mat leave with the kids at the mo so something more weekend-y than work-y
No synthetics
Nothing too industrial/clompy/loud footed!

I think that's it.

To give you an idea of what I like, I very nearly bought these yesterday, but wasn't entirely convinced by the length (was after something more in the knee boot genre). I've seen these online but not in the flesh. Think I like them...

So, am I on a wild goose chase? Or have you seen my perfect boots??
