So, here's the deal....had ds last Sept and have shifted the weight (still a little toning of the old muffin top to do) and just bought these skinny jeans.

I have my eye on these boots

but need inspiration for a capsule casual wardrobe that will see me through the winter.

Size 12 Grin but with big boobs (34F). Conscious of my tummy so all stuff needs to detract from the flab there! Thanks Smile

Knitted dresses are good for wearing with tights/leggings/skinny jeans. I have just got this from Uniqlo in grey and it looks really good with jeans and leggings.

You are exact same size and proportions as me.

I have just bought straight leg jeans (legs not good enough for skinny) and aim to get some flat boots too. Have also bought a military style coat, a stretch 3/4 length skirt and two stripe breton style tops. Am looking for some inexpensive knits - probably tunic style. Also looking for a knit maxi dress.

I just posted about this which looks really nice and flattering on, looks specially good with big boobs I think and very flattering on the tummy.

I've bought those jeans to wear with flat boots and am currently waiting for them to arrive.

I've got basic jersey tops to wear with cardigans - (sounds so stylish in print!) and nothing else.
Might try Uniqlo in town tomorrow for the first time ever.

deto - I just bought the same jeans as you and am really pleased. Wore them last week with a navy floral blouse from Monsoon tucked in and tan knee boots. Wearing them today with camel knitted jumper dress from Next and leopard print ballet flats.

DD are they comfortable?

am having trouble getting rid of my muffin top and those jeans look like they'll help disguise it?!

also makes me laugh how they have size 6/8 models modelling jeans that help flatten your tummy when those models clearly have no tummies and legs up to their armpits.

envious - me?! never Wink

oh yes, and another one that recommends tunics/knitted dresses/ layering tops from M&S or Gap.
I never have enough time or energy to look through the H&M rails but its always recommended on MN.

plus i'm obsessed with Hush so have a look online there too.

i'm by no means any sort of style guru but hope that helps.

Ladies, the high waist on these jeans makes them so much more flattering - a top tucked in really is possible!
