Boring question about boy's shirts.....

Ds is 13, 5'7 and sort of average build. How do I know what collar size shirts to buy him if I'm buying online?

Get a tape measure, and measure his neck.
Shirt size needed = measurement in inches (plus a bit, rather than minus)
