I think they are called tornado tubes at least that is what they are called on the PECS website.

here tornado pack from PECS but they only come in packs of 10.

Oh you wonderful people!!
I forgot that PECS did them. Thought it was Hawkins Bazaar,and have had a mad conversation with customer services trying to describe them.
