Early language delay semantic pragmatic difficulties any experience or advice please?

Ds1 5 has been assessed by child development team after referral by hv to a speech therapist and their interim report states he has the above also generalised hypotonia with bilateral flat feet. He has also been assessed at school by the child development team and we are awaiting that report. Am lost as to what it all means and how we can help him. The only advice / comments aside from this we were given was to try to get him doing more physical things and to buy a trampoline. We have got him a trampoline and he now does football and horseriding once a week. Does anyone have any experience of this or any thoughts / advice please. Thanks

My son has SPD. One of the most effective ways of helping him has been to starta scrapbook, with various 'non-literal' phrases and their meaning, so he can use it as a reference.
