ABA consultant

Hi,
My son just turned 4.
We are running the ABA program From past 7 months.
Our consultant is so busy and keep cancelling her dates and not responsive at all. So we are thinking to change the consultant .
I got this consultant from BCBA website. With this experience i don't want replace any other consultant without any reviews.. If anyone have a good reviews about any consultant please please give us reply back or PM me. We live in Warwickshire area.

My son will go to school next year.We are in process of preparing EHCP and we are also thinking to place ABA in EHCP. Is it ok to change the consultant at this time? Any advice will be really appreciated.
