Thanks Polter.
It's odd how a picture of a cup of tea on a computer screen from a complete stranger can actually make me feel a bit better.

Sometimes it's just the solidarity we need, have some cake to accompany your brew

It's knowing someone is there that makes it bearable sometimes.
I hope things are calmer and you got real brew

No real brew but we have made real cake.
Thanks.
Any change of routine or expectations causes such a violent response. We have 'whoops' card on our visual timetable, in case things have to change, but no amount of waving it about was making any difference.

All is calm now, after breaking lots of toys, drawing on his bedroom door and trashing the garden.
We have been for a walk, he has cleaned his door, appologised for the threats and for attacking me, and he is eating a snack in front of the tv.

(I hope no one who has NT children comes on here and talks about punishments I should be giving, that is not what he needs)

Glad things have calmed down. brewbiscuit
