Hi - I live in Birmingham so I can't tell you about the NHS, LEA, Special Needs facilities, etc in Dudley, as they are run by different Councils.

I have however found this website (Up My Street) that you may find useful:
www.upmystreet.com/l/dudley-3842.html

Hopefully it will point you in the right direction

Hello. I'm in Brum. Children's hospital is v good. Some great Special schools and National Institiute of Conductive Ed in the area. This is Brum rather than Dudley though - don't know much about Dudley. Would strongly recommend KIDS West Midlands in addition to all the NHS stuff. Its in Sutton Coldfield so bit of a jaunt from Dudley but worth it I reckon (though there is a centre somewhere else in the Midlands). They run various groups and outings. How old is your son?
