Agree with threebob, think it means my child is autistic, what's your excuse for your child behaving badly etc.

Very simplistic and quite rudely agressive when you think about it but I expect those who buy it just think they are having a joke and don't mean any harm. There must be more friendly ways to raise awareness, surely?

I would assume it was: my child is autistic, and that is why they are doing something "inappropriate". What is your excuse for your (not your child's) "inappropriate" behaviour (e.g. telling me off for my child's behaviour?)

It's directed at those people who appear to be sucking lemons whenever you go near them with your autistic child. You know- my child's behaving inappropriately because he's autistic, what's your excuse for being a lemon sucking miserable old trout? Personally I wouldn't wear it, but I do sometimes feel like saying something similar.

It is making a point if not a bit aggressively. I've bought some badges of this ebay shop, not so in your face like a tshirt. I plan to use the 'Autistic Escape Artist' one for when we go abroad.

I don't like it tbh but I suppose it depends on how much contact you have with lemon-sucking old trouts. :o Presumably if you get the nasty comments and stares everytime you venture out then this would be the T-shirt for you. Then again, it's not the parent/care that's going to be wearing it, is it? Hmmmm....
