remember to photo copy your forms and send recorded delivery, ours have been lost before.

Send Section 1 back as soon as possible. If they receive it within 6 weeks (they'll tell you the date) you'll get your DLA backdated to the date you asked for the forms. If you take longer than 6 weeks they will only backdate it to the date they received Section 1. You can take longer to fill in Section 2 and send it in later.
