Dd is 12 months, weighs around 22lb. I would like a versatile carrier so I can have her on my front, hip etc. Any suggestions please Smile

I like my Rose & Rebellion baby carrier - they do a toddler one too. Very quick to put on but only front and back carries not hip.
If you prefer ties to buckles then a mei tai will do the same job....I love the melkaj ones and they are available in a toddler size too.
A ring sling is quick and easy for front and hip carriers but then all the weight is on one shoulder. Not sure how comfy it would be with a larger child.
Are you looking to carry your dd for longer periods of time? I expect a woven wrap would be the most comfy (not tried myself) for this but more of a faff to put on and off.
I look at YouTube videos of carriers to figure out if something will work for me but really you need to try things out, perhaps visit a sling meet/library if you have one nearby.

An ergo. They're great.

Thanks for suggestions, I have a sling meet near me so think il pop along with dd to try a few out. I like the look of the mei tai.

It is for long periods of time dd has decided her pushchair is the devil and she is getting too heavy to carry with no sling etc

I love my Ergo too. Can be used to carry a child up to approx 4 years I think. It's just fabulous.

Also love the Ergo, however I think there are cheaper alternatives that work just as well.
