Hi Ladies
Im doing slimming world at home just following the book from last time I went.My foid directory is very dadred cab anyone tell me the syn values of these sauces from Aldi please.

Specially Selected- Tomato and pancetta italian pasta sause.
Tomato and mascapone pasta sauce.

Do it online? Then you'd have access to the syn calculator I believe

With jarred sauces you generally follow the 20 calories = 1 syn rule. So if the jar was 300 calories and you had half, that would be 7.5 syns.

According to SW online, the first one is 20 syns for a 340g jar and the second is 20.5 for a190g jar.
