Hi I am looking to lose 8-9 lb before the end of May. I'm 5ft 4 and weigh 10stone. Prior to my children I was always just under 9 stone. I have bought the slimming world starter pack 2016 off Ebay. Please could anyone help me with a few daily menu options to help me out until my books arrive. MONDAY always seems a good day to start anything new! I'm a vegetarian but I do eat fish. Thank you very much.
