I made this dessert which went down well, it's really easy. Make up a sugar free raspberry jelly and add fresh raspberries.Put it in a pretty dish to set. Then make another sugar free jelly. Just before it sets add a muller light yoghurt and whisk. Layer it over the jelly in the dish.

thanks Laurie, I already made those before. They're nice enough to kick a chocolate craving. I don't think I've got time to wait for jelly to set :(

the only thing I could think.of making was scan bran Ferrero Rocher (sp?)

will need hubby to bring Nutella on his way home though! Grin

scan bran ferrero rocher failed :( the mix tasted fab! but they wouldn't roll into balls.

so, I squished it all into a shallow cake dish and baked on high for 10 minutes.
mixed a sachet of gelatine with 250ml boiling water,
took 200g natural yoghurt, 100g quark, 2 sachets of options (I used salted caramel) 2tsp of cocoa and 2 tbsp sweetener. mixed it all together (only used about 2/3 gelatine) and froze it for quickness until the top jelly-fied.

It was lush! like a chocolate caramel cheesecake, cut into 10 slices and only 5 syns per slice! Grin
