Its nice to know what others eat, people tend not to say in a meeting in the fear that it's wrong. My weekend was totally wrong. Plenty of beer and bad food.??enjoyed my day though.

Ah now the day before yesterday was a disaster - think cheese burgers (x2Blush) & beer at fireworks followed by wine & cheese on toast plus chocolate later that evening.

It's only 1 day though & I went for a run Sunday morning as I felt so full so I'm not too bothered.

I always had Granola for breakfast before SW as it kept me full and stopped me from snacking mid morning. Any ideas what is the best cereal to replace it with now I am trying SW please ??

I find the cereal portions (as a HEB) very small but weetabix or porridge bulked with berries & a banana keep me going when I haven't got time for a cooked breakfast

Im feel the same about the cereal, if I want some I have 1 weetabix then have a hovis toast with something free on to make breakfast seem big. The topping this week is chopped egg a little Mayo 1 syn & spaghetti hoops.

B today was a home made smoothie followed by two eggs and some smoked salmon (leisurely breakfast!)
L will be home made tomato soup
D will be mushy pea curry with prawns and rice.

I am back on track today after a bad few weeks. I am doing this at home rather than a class. Can i just ask, would my smoothie be considered syn free on EE? It was an aldi fat free yogurt whizzed up with a banana, some frozen mixed berries and a kiwi. Not sure if i have to syn liquidised fruit..

Technically you should count fruit that's pureed, you could drink 4 smoothies but wouldn't eat 8 ptns of fruit and 4 yogurts. That's the theory anyway. The body would consider it fluid not food and you'd be hungry sooner than if you ate whole fruit.(that make sense?)
I'm trying self class now , can't be doing happy clappy at the minute.
My day today is-
1 bread hexb, beans & egg.
Fish & sw chips for tea.
Not though of lunch yet.

Smoothies aren't syn free I afraid Hmm
Today I'm having:

B: 1 weetabix with banana & berries (frozen ones - just takeout what you need the night before )
L: mugshot before children's party in an attempt to keep me off the party food!
D: SW lasagne & salad
Snacks: hifi bar, apple, glass of wine with friends tonight & hopefully nothing else too naughtySmile

That's a shame about the smoothie but i refuse to syn fruit so feck it Wink
I only have three a week. i'll see if that slows down my weight loss and maybe look at reducing to two a week if need be.
The other thing i just can't live without is my one aldi moser roth 85% chocolate bar a day with my coffee. It's 7 syns i think but i need this bit of sugar a day or i will reach for more crappy sugary chocolate ( husband's stash ). I think if i limit myself to that one bar plus the occasional home made smoothie i should still lose.

My tomato soup was delish by the way! Will make that again. Love when a new meal makes it into my permanent collection Grin
