New to SW - tips needed

Hi. I am 2 weeks in doing SW online and have lost 1lb and then regained Blush. I haven't been recording what I eat and have basically been lax so want to focus (mostly as I have paid 12 weeks subscription upfront Smile).

Have you any tips.

I think I have the basics - 1/3rd super free. Unlimited free , 2 Hex and up to 15 syns.


All sounds good but I get lost. I have started recording everything on my phone. Breakfast is yogurt and fruit. Lunch is either a sandwich or salad and dinner is meat and veg. I am struggling with breakfast and dinner ideas.

I am on holiday from Friday so will try to stay on track but imagine it will be easier once back. I am a dreading the Portuguese beach. Hopefully it will be the last time I dread it.

Are you recording what you drink as well as what you eat? Drinks can really be detrimental if you're not careful.

If you are stuck for ideas, have you seen the free 7 day mealplan on the SW website? Have you joined the FB group too and have you talked all of this through with your group leader?

The diet coke chicken is really good and I love their fish pie.

You'll get there, hope you have a lovely holiday Smile
