waking up at 5am every morning screaming, help

My DD is nearly 1. I am 8 weeks pregnant, not planned so bit cheesed off but getting my head around the situation.
Anyhow my DD wakes up at 5am and screams untill i feed her, normal but then when I know she's just comfort suckling I pull her off and she still screams...screamed for 1 and half this morning...I cant cope with this, her two top teeth came last week and she had a cold. I'm currently on a plan to wean her off the breast but keeping the morning one till last, hopefully in a couple of weeks that will be the last to go.
Do you think this is a passing faze, she always wakes up at 5am and crys but for one week only she didn't cry. Has anyone got any ideas...
