Two toddlers, no sleep, advice please

I have a three and a half year old daughter and a two year old son. At bedtime my daughter goes straight to sleep in her bed without a problem but wakes anytime between 10-1 and will absolutely not settle back in her bed to sleep, she will scream and shout and cry until she comes into our bed no matter what we do, even if we lay with her. My son who is two is breastfed to sleep, has co slept since birth and wakes over ten times a night to comfort feed. I am exhausted, my marriage is suffering for to is being so sleep deprived and not having a bed of our own. My husband has been sleeping on the sofa as there is just no room. I am so done breastfeeding and fed up with the broken sleep but don't know where to start as I have tried before to get my son to sleep without the breast and he screamed for over an hour until he was heaving and i gave in. Any advice or even reassurance that others have gone through similar and come out the other side as right now I just feel at the end of my tether, would be much appreciated.

Just the one toddler (22 months) here but we just gave up breastfeeding. She was a big comfort feeder too- often as much as you describe. She now has a bottle with water in the night. It's not ideal- we have to refill it a couple of times a night and she's having to have a nappy change about 1 but even with the refills/change its only waking me 2 or 3 times a night (and not even all of those as often I'm still awake for the first 1 or 2 calls). She's still in our bed though. It's not ideal but it has got her off the breast at least so we are moving forward.
