My 3 month old seems to fall asleep about 6pm each night. We have been waking her up and bathing and feeding her about 7:30 each night. She loves the bath when she is in it and has a lovey big feed after but she really doesn't want to wake up in the first llace. She doesn't cry just keeps falling back to sleep poor thing until she is in bath!

I've suddenly started questioning though whether we should be waking her at 7:30 or letting her sleep through. She currently wakes up about 6ish or a bit earlier so if I left her to sleep then would she wake up at 4ish!?

When can they do the 12 hours 7-7 thing (I know not all do this btw!)

What do you think I should do?

Why would you wake her?! Try a few nights of earlier bath and bed for 6pm, and see what time she wakes in the morning.
DS has a 6pm bedtime and wakes about 7am, but he's 19 months and has only been sleeping through for about 5 months.

I just thought she'd need a big feed for night ahead and I kept reading they sleep 10 hours at night at this age. Maybe I will leave her a couple of times and if it's a 4am start wake her again!

Try an earlier bedtime but you could also try a dreamfeed around 10pm (or when you go to bed). You might find this resets her clock so she goes until 6am (she may wake for another feed during night but hopefully should go back to sleep).
