My baby girl is 14 weeks and keeps me up all night long because she is so restless when she sleeps, she rolls over, hands are moving (rubbing her face, in the air), head moves back & forth . Anybody have any advice? She feeds about every 2 hours (sometimes 3 during the day) but during the night she not only feeds every 2 hours, but is restless in between so my and my other half are literally getting no sleep. If anyone has been in a similar situation, i would love to hear your stories. Thanks!

P.s they suspected silent reflux at 6 weeks and pescribed infant Gaviscon but I don't want to keep throwing that down her neck if she actually hasn't got it.

Some babies just are active and noisy sleepers, I have heard it mentioned on here before. However I would worry about my baby is sleep was that restless, that the quality of her sleep would be effective (ie not restful sleep). I would try things like a swaddle and/or dummy to help her calm and sooth in her sleep.

My DC was the same - at 15 weeks I gave in and bought a sleepyhead grande-went from waking every 1.5 hrs to sleeping 8-7 with one feed at 3/4! truly, truly miraculous Smile Because they are snuggled they csnt thrash about and they think they are being cuddled so sleep better. Soooooo worth the money IMO
