Sleep has got worse

My daughter is 3 months old and the past month she's only woke once during the night. Going from every 2 hours. She's now waking twice and feeding for ages! Is this a growth spurt?

Yep. 12 weeks is a period of significant development and increased calories are needed. Feeding much more frequently in the daytime may help reduce night time feeding.
