5.5 month old bed time gone to pot

Hi everyone
I've not posted for a while as we were trucking along quite nicely! But my naughty beeb has started messing about at bedtime and it's now turned Into a circus!
She's EBF and not yet having solids (after a disastrous attempt resulting in constipation for 10 days and very frequent night wakings)
She's always been ready for bed at 6.30pm and she falls asleep at her last feed and then goes down in her cot. She used to sleep through till 6am but alas no more
I feed her around 6.30pm as normal and then she's awake 10 minutes later and as she slept on me during her feed she's then wide awake! We pace around to get her back
Off which sometimes works first time and other times takes 2-4 attempts and often another feed by them, resulting in a bedtime eventually of sometimes 9pm
She then wakes for a feed in the night once and gets up around 6am -7am
We've tried laying her down awake but sleepy but she's having none of it. It's wearing thin now, she seems to just want to be with us like she's missing out, but I HATE the pratting about we have to do now when she was always brilliant at bedtime.
She's not screaming, doesn't appear to be in pain, or particularly hungry
Any thoughts??

My 5mo DD goes to bed at 8pm, she's only waking from her last nap at 6. Maybe she's just not ready for bed at 6?

She's absolutely shattered by 6, I string her out till 6.30 but she's usually borderline hysterical by then!
