10mo DS wakes up every day at 6am on the dot. Normally has a morning nap at 9am (he is desperately tired by 9, can't push it any later).
With utter horror I have realised that now means he is going to be waking up at 5am when the clocks go back next weekend. And will consequently be desperate for a nap by 8am....this is going to fuck up his whole routine! If he naps at 8 he will be awake by 9 and then keeping him up until his 1.30pm nap will be impossible. And then he will nap early and end up going to bed at 6pm or something, and then the whole hideous process will be repeated the next day, and the next day, until the end of time, right??
Wise mummies who have done this before, please tell me there's a way to adapt nap routines to cope with the clocks changing??
