Is the NSPCC "interested" in controlled crying?

TBH, I would say that if it is proper cc then they wuld view it as a parent doing their best for a child. If it is an excuse to leave a babe screaming for hours on end......

I suspect they would be actually. They're interested in everything else. I suspect they would take the view that cc in itself is OK, but as so many of us parents are stupid and can't be trusted to do the best for our children, we'd better be told not to do it.

That's their usual attitude, anyway.
