DS 8mo keeps waking himself up now he can roll over. He was swaddled until 10 days ago when I realised how competent he was at rolling and now is in a grobag so arms being loose are also a novelty. When he wakes he seems to be rolling around in his cot and is always at the opposite end to where I put him down. He feeds to sleep and cannot yet self settle. How can I help him sta asleep?
