Skiing school holidays- childcare

Hi,
My husband and muscle are both teachers, therefore must go skiing during his school holidays.

We would like to go skiing Feb half term 2017 but we would need childcare.

We have two daughters, who will be 4 and 1 next year. Eldest has been skiing twice before.

We've been to Morzine, La Plagne and Sauze numerous times. I've looked at Mark Warner, Esprite, Crystal, etc but they are all so expensive during the school holidays!!

Does anyone have a magic wand that would give us a cheaper company and great childcare?

Thanks in advance

Ski Magic in La Tania are worth a look, no idea if they are cheaper as not used them in school holidays but a small company who we were impressed with.
La Tania is a great little resort for families too with great links to Courcheval for your skiing.

Self catering, ChaletsDirect.com solutions room is good for finding places.

Use a nanny only for the hours you need.

Snowbizz are great value, and have very flexible childcare, though even their prices rise considerably at half term and we haven't done it. Also look at Ski2, who have their own childcare, but you can arrange your own flights and Italy tends not to have quite as large price rises as France (and is much quieter). If you pick anywhere else, make sure there is enough skiing for the 4 year old as many places don't start lessons until 5 or only have one hour a day.
