And have kids booked into the International Baby Club.
We booked quite last minute so no Pepi penguin places left for the 2 youngest kids at 2 and 3, so Crystal booked them into the international baby club at the hotel.
When we arrived it turned out that they couldn't legally take the 2 year old and the 3 year old could only be taken from lunchtime as they expect them to be in ski school in the morning. Another family with an 8 month old was in the same position.
Crystal offered us a refund and the numbers of local nannies. I said I wasn't interested in refunds only solutions. They then found us a private nanny but it was 200 euros more than we had paid and they were expecting us to cover the difference ourselves!!! Once we had established that we expected Crystal to be responsible for any extra cost a cheaper nanny was found and everything was sorted.
We all missed half a day of skiing sorting it out on the first day and was a stressful start to the holiday.
We are also in dispute with Crystal over the "hotel credit" we were told we had on booking and that was confirmed by the reps at the welcome meeting. On checking out there was no record of it, and despite producing a booking confirmation we had to pay the bill and are trying to reclaim it from Crystal. So double check before spending any "hotel credit"
So a stressful end to the holiday, we will not be booking with Crystal again!!
