The step b thread was handled terribly.

If the OP had come back and saw that her post had been deleted it must have been an awful feeling for her

You had never deleted petitions before and even if the petition was not allowed, surely you could have edited the post and removed just the petition line with an apology instead of the whole post in where she says she lost her full term baby.

Did you see it usual?

That's fair enough usual

But it could have been moved or edited like I said.

They don't normally delete petitions-they usually get moved.

Yes, there's an apology on the thread.

If you have something to say to MNHQ then email them, don't start a thread about a thread.

If you have a general topic you want to discuss, then phrase it as one.

Hi there,

The OP posted that post numerous times on various threads and we got many reports.

We have a few newbies at MNHQ and they went into the system and removed the numerous posts as they were spammy. What was missed was that the OP started as thread, as well as posting on several other threads - apologies for that.

It was not the content, although it does belong in petitions, it was more the nature of the intrusive posting on other threads.

We are indeed training people atm and we will ensure that this point is made.

Apologies for the gaff.

Don't see why MNHQ should be 'told' to do anything!

It's their website after all

Thank you Rebecca

I was unaware she had spammed the board so I do apologise for not noticing that
