Glossary vs. Abbreviation List

I've seen the abbreviation list and I think it's great, it's saved me a lot of confusion! However, is there some sort of glossary for this site? There seem to be a lot of... I don't want to say "in jokes", but certainly terms and phrases that seem to have come out of previous threads here and are really confusing for newbies when they pop up in much later threads.

I'm talking about things like "Wendying" and "is this a reverse"? Context gives me a very rough idea, as does asking the more seasoned users in the moment, but a glossary page would be very helpful!
