Massive pop up adverts

Hello, not sure if it's just me. I'm using the website on my iPhone and about once an hour a full screen ad for what looks like a knock off angry birds game subscription pops up and blocks my screen it doesn't have a little 'x' to get rid of it either so I have to back page, effectively coming out of the thread, or more annoyingly halfway through what I was posting and then going back into the thread.
How can I make it stop?! I've deleted my history in my phone, but that's as far as I know what to do technically wise! Will try and get a screen shot of it if it happens again.

It's really annoying, I click on a thread and I get redirected to what looks like an angry birds game. I want it to stop

I'm using safari on an iPhone with mobile version of the site (not the app)

Here it is. It happens on links to MN from Facebook too. I read their privacy policy and have texted 'stop' to 60113 so we'll see if that stops it. Why did this suddenly start happening?

Yeah that's what's popping up on my screen, I didn't wanna text them mind you in case they tried taking any money from me!

Must be tied to the phone as it takes money straight from your phone account it says
