Thread display

I like to have posts numbered on a thread as well as the page number. It helps if I want to quote someone... Does anyone agree it is worthwhile..?


Also, when I first logged in there was a setting to change the default order of display.. I set it to most recent at the top... I can't find where it has gone to set it back to most recent at the bottom..help please..

hi Prof - for the order of display, click on the V sign (downward arrow in a circle) next to Talk at the top of the page.
If you are on your phone, its the circled V at the top right. (Talk > Active> circle V)

Click on Customise and you will be able to set "Message read down like a book. "

remember to click Save at the bottom of the page!

I like numbering in-thread as well - for ease of reference mainly - but I suspect that it's pretty low down MN's list of priorities right now.
