Keep getting advertorials popping up

Hi MN towers.
Ive been reading a long thread on here this morning and every minute or so, when I scroll down, the page suddenly goes to an advertorial site. One was a health and well being site, the other had some ad about doctors and then weight loss ads. I'm not clicking on anything to make this happen and it seems to be getting more frequent.
I'm on my iPad, if that matters.
Anyone else having this problem?
Hope it can be stopped as it's making the site almost unusable!

Yes me, it's taken me about 5 attempts to type this on my iPad without lemon something taking over. V frustrating!

I had to go and do some work. It doesn't seem to be happening now, fingers crossed.
It was that lemon thingy that Bowler mentioned.

On my iPhone (so Safari browser) same thing happening! When I click on the next page of a thread.

Me too- safari on IPad. But it seems to have stopped now. Mumsnet has been really slow and not working very well for a while though- I can't always cut and paste, for example.

I seem to have cured it (may be temporarily) by closing the browser tab and opening a new one for MN.

I take that back. It was very temporary!

I have just started another thread on this - I hadn't seen this one - sorry.

I am getting this happening - I am on the iPad, using safari.

Just happened again - twice - to a site called 'The Doctors', this time.

I have tried closing the tab and opening a new one, so will see if that helps.
