numbers in posts

I'm liking the numbers in posts, however, personally I would prefer if the numbers didn't reset when you change pages.

Eg at the moment if you have 100 posts per page, page 1 is 1-100 and page 2 is 1-100. I think itd be better if page 1 was 1-100 and page 2 was 101-200
