Name change can not be reversed.

please tell me there is something I have done wrong somewhere as I can not get my previous user name back as apparently it is in use...

I KNOW IT IS IN USE...(insert several expletives) .. I was sodding using it until about five minutes ago when I name changed to protect my usual user name...



not letting me back to my old one is taking this annonymity too far...

please take pity on me and explain in simple language how I fucked it up what has gone wrong... and more importntly how to put it right

Are you going into My Mumsnet and then My Account to change it?

Or are you trying to change it on a thread where the Username is now blank?

desk top. seems I had a pm tab open somewhere i think. possibly that was it.

oh well I am back, just as I had got used to the new version...
