I believe in open disagreement, I believe in freedom of these forums as far as is possible. But these are the guidelines:

I suppose my question is why misogynist is not part of this. exist has a different meaning, I honestly feel that we cannot challenge (for example) rape or domestic violence myths under the banner of 'sexism'. It's also problematic using misogynist, I know, as these issues also affect men and I think we need to consider that more deeply. But it's a start and one we could discuss and refine?
I fully expect to be shot down for this after some of the stuff yesterday but I think we could be clearer, especially when people are sharing experiences and then having to read the same old myths below. It shouldn't as usual only be left to those with personal experience to 'educate' others.
Anyway, it's only a suggestion but wanted to put it 'out there', as it were.
