Can only see half my PM messages on the app

Just that really, I can see the PMs but when I click on them I can only see half the message, the bottom line looks like the writing has been cut in half and I can only see the top half and then the rest of the message isn't showing.

This happens to me too. I tend to just wait until I am on a laptop to read a p.m. Didn't think of flagging it up!! ??

If you go on the mobile site thru safari and not the app you can read the whole message.

It does it to me too.

Is the safari site still really white? I might try that in the morning but I stopped using it when it went really white because I struggled to follow the letters (mild dyslexia) but the app is normally great with everything else.

It's bedtime now so the PM will have to wait till morning glad it's not just me though.

Could it help if you turned screen brightness down? Yes it is pretty much all white I think. I don't use it often

It's right down but I am lay in the dark next to DS which won't help how bright it looks. This will be my position for the night because I can't leave his side (seizures/autistic escape artist)

Sorry about this - does sound as though the app is playing up on PMs. We'll see if there's anything that can be done, but we're sorry to say that we're not making many fixes or changes to the existing apps: for various reasons (which we can go into if you like!) it takes an awful lot of tech time and money to make any changes.

What we ARE doing though is developing brand new apps for all platforms in-house - this process is underway now and we'll be keeping you updated on that.
