Mails and reports to/from MNHQ: we have discovered the Black Hole of Doom

Hello.

Lately, some of you have been saying you're not getting replies to your mails and reports to MNHQ.

Which we found a bit puzzling - as we do make a point of answering every mail and report that comes in.

So, we asked Tech to have a look - and he has discovered a huge batch (literally hundreds) of mails that we've 'sent' but that haven't actually been sent out by the server we were using.

It seems that our server, last week (and possibly the week before) has 'bounced' mails from us to anyone with a hotmail email address and to many with a yahoo or btinternet email address.

We think it's all fixed now but HUGE APOLOGIES

I was called at 7am one morning to say a system I'd set up had been texting a Very Important Client every 2 minutes...all through the night.
So it could be worse :o

I'm actually quite petite

This site seems to be forever having problems.I think it has gone offline 3 times this afternoon for instance.
I am not on twitter,facebook,netmums etc.
Would MNHQ or other posters say that this one is a lot worse than others for having numerous technical faults,or is it all perfectly normal.

Can you check i haven't won any competitions and you forgot to email me? I think you may have forgotten to award me a something huuuuge.
