Long term absence

Ds has had an ongoing problem with chronic nausea which has resulted in lots of missed school time. He has just started year 10 and has already missed five days.

We have seen Dr after Dr and paediatricians etc etc and still he has it. The school have been good so far but I am worried because this is year 10.

What can I ask the school to do as this is the third year in a row we have had this issue. In previous years I pretty much unofficially homeschooled but this year there will be controlled assessment etc. First GCSE module is in 25 days.
