if its both its not a problem. Only a problem when there is conflict.

My eternal dilemma! I have always gone with head in past, thought it the safest option. However, this may be the root cause of my current problems. How do you give up an ingrained behaviour though? And should you?

It is hard when the two are in conflict. How do you know which is going to lead you down the path to happiness, and which to disaster?
