A very specific query - just in case anyone happens to know.
For various reasons I can't get legal or official advice right now which makes planning separation tricky. I will go through proper routes asap.
If DH pays his half of the mortgage on our property, would that count as "spousal maintenance" for benefits purposes? If so I won't get Income Support. CM will cover other half of mortgage.
