Does your man ever notice when you make an effort??????

Just a rant! Do you ever make a real effort and it goes totally unnoticed? How does that make you feel, is it me?? TBH I think I'm not bad at 37 I take care of myself, am quite trendy, reasonably attractive blah blah. But my DH just is in that comfy zone where compliments are as rare as rocking horse s**t and I know he loves me but he doesnt make me feel like he used to. I know now we're married and have a DD etc and life is manic, doesn't it make you feel like is really it for ever??? Depressing isn't it?

the only time dh notices is when ive bought something i shouldn't then he just asks how much it costs. they're all sh*ts anyway

never notices a new hair cut but if I put a skirt on then he's all wide eyed!!
