I can't handle his adult kids or his ex, advice please

Hi, I've been with my partner for 5 years, he's 45, I'm 33. We have a 2 year old daughter. He has a 22 and 20 year old and also his 20 yr old has her own baby of 7 months. I just feel like ending my relationship with my partner because his kids are causing so many problems, along with his ex being a nightmare. I love my partner but am I wrong to feel that myself and our daughter always come last to his other kids. They both are selfish, demanding idiots and I'm sick of being the bigger person and constantly trying to keep them happy so their dad is happy and I don't get bitched at. I'm not happy, I'm just about ready to explode. My relationship has been mentally abusive in the past, I managed to write a secret letter to his doctor who called him in for a med check up and cleverly prescribed him anti depressants. Since he has been taking them he's more or less back to the person I fell in love with. Until his kids cause problems. His son is a puff head and thinks the world owes him, he has been evicted from 3 different homes in the last 2 years, plus he smashed my house up when I was pregnant even though despite me not liking him I'd taken him in when he was homeless. I threw him out when he squared up to me but he thinks because me and his dad are together he can just turn up and stay until he feels like it. His daughter is just plain lazy who thinks more of going out and being young than she does of looking after her baby. She's not paid for anything for her baby, daddy does it all even though he doesn't pay me anything towards the bills or his daughter now as a result. Just last night he spent his last money on a washing machine for her even though the council gave her £140 voucher to get a reconditioned one from a shop they use. She didn't like the thought of second hand. Both of them are just the biggest ponces, neither of them will use public transport, dad will run them around. Busses and trains smell apparently. I also kept catching my partner at his exes house, he made excuses that he was dropping off kids or picking up grand daughter etc but that doesn't explain 2 or 3 hours when everyone lives within a mile of each other. Since his daughter had her baby he now comes up with his car not fitting her car seat easily so he just takes mine. I have said her car seat fits but he's like oh it's more spacious in your car. He doesn't ask, just takes it. I think this is because if he asked he knows I will take the buggy and car seat out of my car so that if he disappears I can see if he's round his exes. By him taking my car he leaves me affectively stranded. It's too far to walk with my 2 year old. I can't seem to write down how bad this actually is, reading it makes it look like I'm moaning about his kids for not much but it is, it's sometimes 3 or 4 in the morning they phone because they've run out of fags or the daughter has no nappies or milk left, plus he's running them around approx 20-30 times a week. They both live in the town centre and we live on the outskirts so they need to get off their arses and get their own shopping and actually pay for it. I just can't take it anymore, my partner doesn't listen anyway. He says things will change but they never do. I nearly lost my house a few months ago due to mortgage company trying to repossess me for 1900 arrears and wanting it back, I was looking and looking for a place to rent but so unaffordable. I suggested we might have to move away a little bit further, he said see ya then, I'm not leaving my kids. He seemed to forget he'd be leaving his 2 year year old and that it wasn't choice but nessecity, after all he doesn't pay anything anymore, he used to pay 400 a month but now it's nothing at all. When I suggest things he says I'm making him choose but I'm not. I'm beginning to think it might be the best thing though but I'm scared due to his past issues and comments he's made Sorry this is so long and it really is bad, I just can't put everything here X
