Bourton-on-the-Water recommend romantic B&B/things to do *please*

I really need to spend some quality time alone with my new boyfriend without my young children, as I think our time together may be constrained to a degree because of them I am beginning to feel :( We are both in our early 40s.

I'm thinking of Bourton-on-the-Water as he's mentioned it in conversation. I have been there a few times when I lived near Swindon, but not for about 20 years. Can anyone recommend a romantic B&B and things to do/see there?

I am already looking at tripadvisor and so on but nothing like a personal recommendation :)
