Cameleon owners help!!!

Following my miwheels vs bugaboo decision I have gone ahead and ordered a cameleon which arrived this morning. It is lovely and am very pleased however I am not sure if there is a problem with the folding mechanism, when you press the buttons on the side to release the handle it will only release if you push the handle forward a bit first.

I hope this makes sense I know there is some play in the handle as all the ones in the shop are like that it is just that the folding mechanism wont release unless you manually push it forward from where it is resting, are they all like this??

Thanks if you got this far and understood that!

When you press the buttons you have to very very slightly lift the handle up a teeny weeny bit before you lower it to the floor, is this what you mean? Yes it is normal and yes there can be quite a bit of 'play' to the handle when in use. Enjoy, great choice!!!

Glad to here it is normal, just feels like the buttons are a bit 'stuck' until you move the handle and heres me panicking that I have spent all that money on a dodgy one!

Now the only problem is how many different fabric sets can I get away with owing before hubby notices

Faddle not a good idea at this time think he is still getting over the shock as to how much the pram cost.
He doesn't understand how the other children survived without one but I neeeed one for the new baby. My finger slipped and I ordered it last week then told him afterwards. I can sew really well though so might have a go myself (off to search fabric shops)

It's normal but also buttons etc moght be a bit stiff as it's new as well.
My dad bought my Cameleon DH would never have thought it was worth it but would have got it if I really wanted.
My dad fell in love wit it in the shop and all the gadgety type things it does so e offered the purchase......now all I need is to find some custom fabrics....shhhh don't tell.
