Stokke Scoot vs Silver Cross Pioneer

First baby and we had lay-by'd (laid by?) the Pioneer as it seemed to have good reviews, tried it out in the store and liked it, enjoyed the styling etc etc. Then today happened across the Stokke Scoot - and now am completely torn.

On the one hand, the Scoot folds up quite a bit smaller, and looks cooler, and is a Stokke (which to me is a cooler brand, and I realise how stupid that is). On the other, the Pioneer has tyres that won't get a puncture, and it comes with a bassinet and cup holder and foot muff and all that jazz. Just not sure how badly I NEED a bassinet etc.

Very confused. Any and all advice very much appreciated!!
