Umbrella fold buggy for long legged children

My DD is 19m and her legs hang down WAY down past the footrest on my bog standard Chicco London umbrella fold. It's exceptionally irritating as her feet rub against the wheels as we move, and it's wrecking her shoes. It seems like the footrest is entirely in the wrong place on the frame - really strange, and not something I would have given a moment's thought about last summer when I purchased it.

So, can anyone recommend an umbrella fold with a large, deep seat, and a footrest in a sensible position?
