Has anyone seen/ used any of these yet?

The stokke scoot ( foldable, parent facing, from newborn apparently)

The stokke crusi ( can have different options of carrycot, seat or tandem option)

I had no idea there were new Stokke pushchairs out. Would be interested in any views because I like the Xplory but ultimately felt it was too bulky and a bit 'weird' looking and like the look of the crusi a lot more...

I tried crusi as a double today - they have it in mamas & papas in Hull on the display now if someone wants to check it out.
I didn't look properly though as my toddler had a proper tantrum when I tried to put him in the lower seat. What a disaster! He hated it and I managed to take a photo third time when I put him in only cause I fastened the harness (he escaped twice through the bottom). It's ok as a single I guess (on the bigger side though) but I'm sorry for any child who goes on the bottom seat. I couldn't put my son in with the main seat on cause there's a metal bar in leg area and child's feet go under the bar. My 3 yo was able to rest his feet on the footrest but I'm not sure about younger children. He hated lying position (you can't change it at all) and the fact that he couldn't see anything (with main seat upright). I wanted to try it with carrycot on top but my DS's patience was finished long time before I even thought about it so I had to evacuate :)))
I might try again cause I'm really curious lol.
One thing for sure - I would never ever buy it as a double not for that money anyway and not for my kids.

I tried them all!

And I bought a scoot!

Was so easy to fold up and down (did it with one hand!) and was so diddy, I could turn it round in a really tight circle (pretty essential on these roads and pavements!!).

Never liked the look of the first one, but love the look of the two new ones.

I saw them in mothercare yesterday. The crusi is enormous! Looks really heavy and clumsy, the scoot is smaller but the wheels look v flimsy. I actually really like the evo, but the lack of suspension was a no no for me.

I just bought a scoot and love it. Most importantly DS went for a 35 min buggy ride without freaking out which for him is amazing! He wouldn't use a front facing buggy at all. Now I need to understand about footmuffs, I think I'm going to bump this thread up a bit and see if anyone can help...

...so do I need a stokke footmuff? Does anyone know if I could use a second hand xplory muff and would it fix on anywhere to the scoot. Can I get a universal footmuff? Any ideas? I'm tempted by that JL sheepskin one but prob had better go for a washable one

As far as I understand universal muffs just fix on the harness, isn't that a pita? Isn't it better if they snap on/ tie on to some other part of the buggy for ease of getting in and out?

All the stokke ones I've seen fix to the harness and are split leg to accommodate the stalk on the evo/v2/v1 in rear facing mode. They have a hood thingy that zips up in the cold or lays open if not so cold. The bugaboo ones have a hookover bit at the back that keeps them in place brilliantly, no baggy bits or slipping down. Not sure if the crusi/scoot have the zip on hoods like the evo, if they do, the hookover bit won't work as it covers the zip on the pushchair seat and you can't zip the hood on at the back. ICandy peach and joolz have the same issue with the zip.
If the crusi/scoot don't have a zip on hood I would look at the custom footmuff makers on Facebook, all of the good ones use the hookover back where possible as it gives a tidier fit.

rogersmelly thanks that is v helpful. Stokke say their foot muffs work on the scoot but it seems they don't hook on so I'd like to find a less annoying solution if poss. Maybe I'll just get him some good thermals. If any scoot owners see this do let me know if you have the footmuff. Loving the buggy though

I'm guessing the stalk on the xplory holds it in place.

Not really tbh. It's a problem most footmuffs have that when you sit the baby in it slides down the seat with them, very annoying. I don't think most footmuff designers have actually been footmuff users iyswim!

Hmm I'm thinking I'll get him a toddler snowsuit and thermals. This is the only downside I've found to the scoot so far
